Andrew Smith’s areas of practice are wide and varied including bankruptcy, corporate insolvency, commercial, equity and mortgage and securities litigation.

Andrew has appeared in in multiple jurisdictions including the superior and inferior courts of record of NSW, Queensland, Victoria, Federal Court of Australia and various federal and state Tribunals. He is a part time Acting Commissioner of the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales and a member of the Judicial Commission of New South Wales Ngara Yura Committee.
