Michelle Daniels was called to the bar at a relatively early stage of her career.
She has a broad practice with a focus on conducting trials and appeals in the Local, District and Supreme Courts as well as the numerous divisions of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Michelle has appeared in many hearings in the criminal courts in relation to both summary and indictable offences, but now primarily specialises in commercial disputes, equity, and real property.
